Cut off date to place an order?

Place your orders by October 1 to have your order shipped out of Sydney.

This deadline will ensure we will have plenty of time to prepare the glaze manufacturing setup.

Orders placed after the deadline will most likely be shipped out of the USA at a much higher shipping cost.

How am I saving money?

Shipping a package from USA typically costs $100-$200 usd based on the weight of the package.

Shipping within Australia during this trip will cost roughly $13-38 usd depending on weight and distance.

Why 18 jars? Our largest shipping box fits 18 jars. This is the most efficient way for us to operate, hence why we are offering this incentive.

When will my order ship?

Orders will begin shipping November 5 and will ship out in the order they are received. You will get emailed tracking updates. By the end of November all orders will be shipped.

Wholesale orders?

Wholesale orders are available to supply shops, studios, and schools.

Australia shipping?

Packages will be shipped with AusPost.

The shipping fee depends on the weight of your package.

Shipping estimates:
2 jars of glaze: 20aud
18 jars of glaze: 60aud

Once shipped, your package will take 3-5 business days to be delivered within Australia.

New Zealand shipping?

Shipping to NZ will be charged at-cost and will take 4-7 business days to be delivered.

Shipping estimates via AusPost:
2 jars of glaze: 35nz
18 jars of glaze: 142nz

Unfortunately, Wizard cannot offer free shipping to New Zealand during this trip (stay tuned!)
