Shipping policy

USA Shipping:
Wizard ships via USPS for both domestic and international shipments. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to process, and 5-8 days for it to be shipped domestically. 

Free Shipping:
USA based orders qualify for free shipping when you use the code DRYPOWDERGLAZE. When you use this code your order will comprise of glazes in dry, powder form. Click here to learn more about powder glazes and how to hydrate them. 

International Shipping:
Wizard ships worldwide! It will take 5-10 days for most international order shipping. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for duties and import taxes. Wizard is unable to calculate or charge for customs fees. These costs are the responsibility of the receiver to pay during the delivery process. Shipping fees are at-cost meaning Wizard only charges what USPS/UPS charges us. International order glazes will be shipped in dry, powder form to save on shipping fees, decrease likelihood of leakage, and expedite customs clearance.
