Shipping and Returns Policy

Can I get a refund or exchange an item?

No, all sales are final once they are shipped. If you need help with an order please reach out ASAP so we can cancel and/or refund your order. Once the item is shipped we are unable to process a refund or exchange. If you receive an order that is in poor condition upon arrival or you received the wrong item please contact us via email and we can move from there to get you a replacement.


I put an old or wrong address while I was checking out, is there any way you can update it with the right one?

Please use the contact page on our website or email us at info@wizardglaze.com with your order number. Once items are shipped we cannot reship your order so please confirm your email before purchasing.


I just received my order but I was sent the wrong item, can you exchange it?

Yes! If you received the wrong item please use the contact page on our website or email us at info@wizardglaze.com with your order number. We will send you a return label to ship it back. Once we receive, we will ship out the correct order.

 

International Shipping?

Wizard ships worldwide! Please be aware that international customers are responsible for duties and import taxes.

Shipping
We ship via USPS for both domestic and international shipments. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to process, and 5-8 days for it to be shipped domestically. It will take 2-3 weeks for most international orders.
